This month’s Kura Reserve collection celebrates the bold, savory flavors of seared cuisine. Barbecue-inspired selections are touched by a light flame to bring out flavorful depth. Experience the richness of October’s curated creations for a limited time. Available Friday, Oct. 16 through Thursday, Oct. 29, while supplies last, the menu features Seared Sakura Pork Bacon, Seared Sakura Bacon with Dashi Ponzu, Sukiyaki Beef Roll, and Wagyu Rib Eye Cap Steak. Crispy Chicken Dorayaki and Hokkaido Pumpkin Mochi Sundae are also available to complement this menu.
