Description:
We hope to recruit friendly, energetic, and highly motivated individuals. As a Shift Leader, you will contribute to the success of Hummus Republic by assisting the management team and maintain the Hummus Republic experience for our guests and associates. Providing a strong and genuine commitment to hospitality. You’ll play a key role in supporting the front of house staff at our fast-casual restaurant. The ideal candidate for this position must be able to pay close attention to detail and have the ability to quickly learn new tasks.
Responsibilities:
- A friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a team player.
- Perform station opening/closing duties on each shift.
- Passion for helping and serving others (both customers and team members)
- Speak to guests to ensure satisfaction with food, drinks and service.
- Be able to retain and demonstrate proper policies and procedures delivered by trainers and managers with enthusiasm.
- Deliver exceptional guest service within the standards of management and Hummus Republic policies
- Manage shift expectations and contribute to the Hummus Republic vibe and culture
- Be a product expert able to make recommendations as guests are ordering
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment by establishing, following, and complying with sanitation standards and procedures

Qualifications:

Skills:
- 3+ years sales experience

Primary Responsibilities

- Instruct and demonstrate to members on the proper use of equipment and exercise techniques which may include operating equipment and dynamically moving weight up to 50 pounds
- Adjust and operate all EMS and Fitness Equipment to BODY20 standards
- Attend all Fitness Coach related meetings/Trainings
Qualifications
- Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (preferred)
- CPR/AED certification (preferred)
- 1-3 yrs of previous Personal Training experience (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess honesty and personal integrity
- Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry
- Excel in time management, organizational and follow-up skills
- Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly
Essential Physical Requirements
- Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, and reaching. As well as pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs. at a time
